Ingredients

  • Chopped Carrot 2


  • Chop ginger 1/2 cup


  • Chop raw mango 2


  • Chop raddish 2


  • Chop lemon 2


  • Chop green chillies 5


  • Turmeric 1/4tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Lemon juice 1 cup


  • Red chilli powder 1/2tsp

Directions

  • Take a pan add water then water boil add chop carrot and raw mango blanched.
  • Take a kitchen towel spread blanched mango and carrot dry.
  • After dry take a vessel add all ingredients mix and pickle pour in a glass bottel and 2 days rest.
  • After 2 days pickle is ready to eat.
